Terms of service

These terms apply when you use tdfilmstudio.com, buy a product or licence from the studio, or commission work from it. TD Film Studio (“we”) is run by Tarunabh Dutta from House No. 12, RJPA Road, Suravi Path, Six Mile, Guwahati, Assam 781022, India. By placing an order you agree to these terms, to our refund and cancellation policy and to our privacy policy.

Using this website

Everything on this website, including the films, music, images, text and designs, belongs to TD Film Studio or is used with permission. You may watch, read and share links to it. You may not copy, download, re-upload or sell it without a written licence. Our films are embedded from YouTube, whose own terms also apply when you watch them.

What we sell

  • Digital products and licences. Stock images, footage, image packs and wallpapers, delivered as digital files with a licence certificate in your name. Nothing is shipped.
  • Custom work. Products made for you, such as invitation films, photo restoration and design, with a fixed scope shown on each product page.
  • Commissions. Films, music and other larger projects, each agreed in a written proposal and work order.

Orders, prices and payment

You order by email or WhatsApp. Within one working day we confirm in writing what you are buying, the price, the taxes that apply and the delivery date. A contract is formed when you pay or accept that confirmation. Prices may be shown in Indian rupees or US dollars. Payment is made through a secure payment link from our payment provider. If you buy through a checkout run by a payment partner that resells the product to you (a merchant of record), that partner also handles your payment, tax and receipt under its own terms.

Delivery

Digital products are delivered by download link or email, usually within one working day of payment, unless the confirmation states another date. Custom work and commissions are delivered on the date agreed in writing. If a file does not arrive or will not open, write to us and we will send it again.

Licences

When you buy images, footage or packs, you receive a licence to use them, not ownership of them. What you may do depends on the licence you buy (personal, standard or extended), as explained under how the licence works and stated on your licence certificate. Licences are non-exclusive. You may not resell, share or redistribute the files themselves. Some images are created or finished with generative tools; this is stated in the licence certificate.

Custom work and commissions

  • Work begins once the advance or the full payment has cleared.
  • You review the work at the stages named in your confirmation or work order. Changes within the agreed rounds are included; changes beyond them, or after a stage is locked, are priced and dated in writing before they are made.
  • The rights in the finished work are set out in writing and released to you on full payment.
  • You confirm that you have the right to use any material you send us (photographs, logos, music, scripts, names) and that it may be used for your project.
  • We guarantee the work and the delivery date we agree. We do not promise views, reach, rankings or revenue.
  • How we run a commission, stage by stage, is described on how a commission runs. Where your written work order says something different from these terms, the work order applies.

Acceptable use

Our work may not be used in a way that is unlawful, defamatory, misleading or hateful, or that shows a real person or a deity disrespectfully. We may decline any order or commission.

Liability

We take care to deliver what we promise. If something goes wrong, our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profit or lost opportunity. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer law of your country that cannot be limited.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If a problem arises, please write to us first; most things can be settled quickly. Any dispute that cannot be settled will be heard by the courts of Guwahati, Assam.

Changes and contact
