Refund and cancellation policy

This policy explains when you can cancel an order with TD Film Studio and when you get your money back. It forms part of our terms of service.

Digital products and licences

Stock images, footage, image packs and wallpapers are digital files that cannot be returned once delivered. For that reason, a purchase cannot be cancelled after the files or the download link have been sent to you. You are entitled to a replacement or a full refund in these cases:

  • a file is damaged, will not open, or is not the product described, and we cannot replace it with a working file;
  • you were charged twice for the same order;
  • the files were not delivered on the date we confirmed and you no longer want them.

Tell us within 14 days of your purchase. If you wrote to us before the files were sent, you can cancel and receive a full refund.

Custom work

  • Before work begins: cancel at any time for a full refund.
  • After work has begun, before you approve the preview: you receive a refund of the amount paid, less the share of the work already done. We tell you that amount in writing before you decide.
  • After you approve the preview: the work is not refundable, because it was made for you alone. If the final files differ from the approved preview, we will correct them.

Commissions

Films, music and other commissions follow the payment and cancellation terms in your written work order. Where the work order says nothing, payments for stages already started or completed are not refundable, and any amount paid for stages not yet begun is refunded.

How to ask for a refund or cancel

Write to tdstudio.tarunabh@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 86385 40398 with your name, what you bought, the date and the reason. We reply within two working days.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method within 7 working days. Your bank or card issuer may take a further 5 to 10 working days to show it. If you paid through a payment partner acting as merchant of record, the refund is issued through that partner. Once a refund is made for a licence, the licence ends and the files must be deleted.
