This policy explains what personal information TD Film Studio (“we”) collects through tdfilmstudio.com, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. TD Film Studio is run by Tarunabh Dutta from Guwahati, Assam, India.

What we collect

  • When you write to us. The website has no sign-up or enquiry form. If you contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp, we receive what you choose to send: usually your name, contact details and the details of your project.
  • When you comment on a story. If comments are open, we store the name, email address and comment you submit, and your IP address, to show the comment and to filter spam. Your email address is never published.
  • Technical data. Like every website, our hosting server records standard request logs (IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time) for security and to keep the site running.

How we use it

Only to reply to you, to prepare and deliver the work you ask for, to keep proper business and tax records, and to keep this website secure. We do not sell, rent or trade personal information, and we do not send marketing messages unless you ask for them.

Cookies and embedded content

The site itself uses only the cookies WordPress needs to work, for example to remember your details if you leave a comment. Pages with our films embed videos from YouTube. An embedded video behaves exactly as if you had visited YouTube, which may set its own cookies and collect data under Google’s privacy policy.

Who else sees it

Our web host stores the website and its logs. Email and WhatsApp messages pass through those services under their own policies. Website backups are kept so the site can be restored after a fault. Beyond that, we share information only when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Project correspondence is kept for as long as it is needed for the work and for the records the law requires us to keep. Comments are kept while they are published. Server logs are kept for a limited period set by our host.

Your rights

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and similar laws where you live, you may also withdraw consent you have given. Write to tdstudio.tarunabh@gmail.com and we will reply within 30 days.

Children

This website is meant for adults commissioning or studying films. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
